LN Dental Centre’s Policy on Cancellations & Late Arrival
Because of our small business size and high demand for appointments, short notice cancellation appointment failed attendance or late arrival (of more than ten minutes) disrupts service delivery to our clients and the operation of our employees.
We are pleased to announce The Cancellation Policy at LN Dental Centre
1 . Patients are NOT generally required to pre-pay for dental consultations or treatment *
2 . If patients cancel an appointment or do not attend, offering less than 48- hour notice:
- First occurrence, we have an understanding that unexpected situations can happen (extreme weather, emergencies, traffic jams, etc.) and we will NOT request a cancellation fee.
- For second and subsequent appointments, we often request a deposit as a short notice cancellation fee. The deposit will be requested to reserve a further appointment and be attributed to future transactions.
3 . Cancellation Fees are non-refundable.
4. If a patient does not confirm the appointment in 36 hours, LN Dental reserves the right to cancel and offer the appointment to another.
LN Dental Centre reserves the right to request patients who continually cancel appointments at short notice, fail to attend, arrive late to use another service provider.
The only way we can keep giving our best treatment to all our clients is to personally care for our patients and keep to schedule.
*With the exception of Zoom, Professional Teeth Whitening. Because of the duration and preparation costs of the therapy, we request a booking deposit of 50% of the treatment fee at the time of appointment confirmation. The remaining fee will be charged on the day of treatment.
